TIFB Fashion Verdict: Two toned.

Nicky Hilton actually looked quite tres chic at the Neil Lane jewelry store opening in L.A last night with her choice being quite unusually two toned although the look was indeed one which was well done. Two toned looks tend to be risky in the sense that people usually try not to opt for a look which is very 'matching' which two toned usually is, especially in Nikki's case where it just screams out "Black and White" like no other. TIFB editors think she did a good job though. It's casual, youthful, flirty and tres chic. What more could you ask of from a Hilton?
